A real Survivor, that is the best name for this beautiful Alfasud! Built in the south of Italy as part of the agreement between the Italian government and Alfa Romeo. That the Etos labor market in the south was different than in the north of Italy, “they” found out quite soon afterwards. The result was a downright poorly produced car that rusted before it left the factory. Lousy quality that had to be made up for by the fantastic character that Alfa Romeo was and is so praised for. But……. Every now and then (more than now), a Sud would roll off the production line that was not plagued by excessive rust formation and a lousy quality standard! And this example offered by us is one of them. Absolutely rust-free and driving great. One of the few that is good and was not built on a Monday morning. In excellent condition and therefore all the rarer! Drives, steers and behaves just as it was intended when it was introduced. The fact that most of her kind have shown themselves from a less good side makes her a rare and desirable thoroughbred.
